  Big step up since last bottle. Given a four-hour breath was full of life, tannins receding to reveal dark fruits and velvet texture. Perhaps a little hollow, otherwise a blockbuster wine.

  Decanted for two hours. Still sleeping, but showing glimpses of potential. Tannins have softened but this remains quite primary. 90 on basis of current drinking, but expect this to improve to 93-95. Wait at least another year.
