  Excellent entry level chablis, that has a foot in the bigger house style here, even in a lean year like 2011. Rich nose, unmistakably burgundian, a long and quite stony finish. Really intense minerality here. This is a great value at under $20 for drinking within the next few years.

  Color: pale straw gold. Aroma: citrus, lemon peel, mint. Taste: Entry: green fruit, green apple. MidPalate: lemon pips, grapefruit, saline. Finish: citrus, cinnamon and cream, vanilla. Simple but satisfying Chablis, seems a little under ripe.

  Medium metallic brass. Mild grapefruit notes on nose. Initially lemon, lime, grapefruit, nice fullness. Hint of oxidative complexity. Pleasant, good backbone, depth. Hint of green apple after a half hour of air. Medium long finish. Great value from Vinopolis at $18.

  Drank at dinner with Ed at Fullerton Pier.
  Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Short legs seen.
  Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of green pear, stony/flint minerality, steel, and interestingly grass. Youthful.
  On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium- alcohol, medium- body. Medium flavor intensity, with flavours of green pear, lime, stony minerality, chalk, grass, and a bit of bitterness towards the finish. Medium- finish.
  Infinitely quaffable. Performs well as a village level Chablis from a less ripe vintage. Much better than a lot of plonky village level Chablis in the market. Very good quality. Drink now while fresh, not for further ageing.
