  • Popped and poured. Cherry aroma with a bit of rubber. Clean, sappy flavors of cherry, pomegranate. Black pepper in the finish. Tastes quite young, but is smooth and well integrated. Solid backbone, some complexity, great staying power, may develop further. Good value.

  • Subtle smell of wet wood and cherry.

Dry taste edgy taste with some chili pepper and cherry. Still in the opinion that it lacks the taste and elegance of the 2009 vintage.

Tasted best 3 days after opening. The sparkling acids charachteristic for young wines there then gone. Will try next bottle in a year.

  • I ordered a box of 2009 but got 2010 insted, I was exited to try this since I had enjoyed the 2009 vintage a lot (88-90 points)

As I poured the wine I was immediatly struck with the paleness of this vintage. It has much less color than 2009.

The taste is thin and also lacks elegance. Obviously the bottles are very young but I cant see this one becoming much better since it lacks the raw materials. It had too much sprinkling acids as well but these will probable be gone whitin a year.
