Lots of red fruit appear immediately on the nose, together with some smokey notes that appear to be from oak. The fruit is ether sharp and show signs of roan berries.
A rather harsh acidity dominates the palate and again we get the smoky oak notes.
This wine is not well balanced and lacks complexity and fruit.

Monthly Tasting Group EEE #027; Old world: Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir (@ MG): Smoky and toasty bouquet with some minerals as well. Same on the palate. Sweet ripe berry fruits, some licorice and spiciness, juicy acidity and has some length. Lacks a bit in concentration, but for the rest it is an ok wine.

From 75cl. Thin, vegetal, rather crabby Spätburgunder. There is a little bouncy red fruit in there somewhere, but without enough ripeness or energy to rip aside Madame Pinot's stern veil. 82-83P

Lite rökig och dammig i doften. i Smaken lite väl tunn och kort med lite ekbeska i avslutet.
