  Smell: Lots of petroleum - both as diesel fumes and as rubber -, very ripe apples, butter, dried zest of bitter orange, a little caraway. After 2h apricots appear.
  Taste: Still lots of acidity left, Mosly very ripe apples and petroleum, spicy aftertaste
  
  A good mature riesling. Surprisingly much acidity left and also a surprise that it took so long for the typical apricot smell to appear.
