Delicious, especially for an 8-year ITALIAN chardonnay. The week before, I had the 2003 vintage of Dreams at a Sunset Corners tastings. My bottle with the Saturday Group was different -- and better. Tropical fruit aromas and flavors, but more mellow and subdued. A good buy at $15. I went back today and bought the rest of the stock. May pop a bottle or two at Thanksgiving for a change of pace.

A bit over the hill but still a very interesting wine

it's a nine-year-old Italian chardonnay, but still a winner. One more bottle left before I move on to the younger stuff
