A serious White Night, and some Reds thrown in for good measure (Extra Space): Tasted blind. Pop and poured. Appearance is clear, medium intensity, lemon-going-gold colour. Long thick legs. Nose is clean, pronounced intensity, with tropical fruits - pineapples, mangoes, melons, and toasted oak. Developing. On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium+ alcohol, full body. Pronounced flavor intensity, with flavours of pineapples, mangoes, melons, buttery cream, vanilla oak, coconut, and interestingly, also lots of minerality. Long finish. I guessed a very well-made New World Chardonnay from a warmer region. Outstanding quality Italian Chardonnay from Silvio Jermann. “Where Dreams can happen”. Not sure how true, but supposedly 97% Chardonnay. The remaining 3% is a trade secret guarded by Silvio and his winemaking team. Drink now, but could easily go another 3-5 years.

Brown Bag Wine Dinner at Two Chefs - Double Blind (TWO CHEFS, MIAMI, FL): - Yellow color with fast forming legs. It's balanced with a medium/full body. Bright texture with a long finish - Mark's(me) White. Interestingly all 3 Whites were Chardonnay.France(Burgundy), South Africa, and Italy(Friuli/Venezia).

Intensiver, prächtiger Chardonnay. Pfirsich, Birne, Apfel und reichlich Holz. Gefällig aber überteuert.

Popped and poured to pair with Cheese, especially Goat w Herbs, on Sunday, and again Tuesday. Much better than anticipated, most flavorful at 68F.
