  Pale yellow gold color. Pungent nose of white flowers, gunflint, smoke, honey and quince. Crisp and still very fresh in the mouth with honey, melon and pear flavors lifted by crisp acids. Finishes with an amazing display of liquid minerals and fresh fruit. This probably won't inmprove but seems to be in no danger of cracking up. Very impressive for 12 year old SB.
