  A legend, an extremist of quality and probably the brightest star in Pouilly Fume, now managed by Didier’s children but still all theircuvées are iconic and unforgettable. Medium golden. Intense, concentrated and explosive aroma of dried honey, dried honeyed pineapple, stone, dried acacia petals, dandelions, passion fruit, smoky hints. Full body, concentrated and exuberant packs a hefty punch with deep rich aroma echoing flavours, saline notes, pure and vibrant acidity, never ending tropical and smoky finish.

  Still straw yellow, mineral, stone, citrus, tropical white fruits and hints of white pepper. Very precise and delicate. So much freshness and youth still for a 8 yr old white Loire! Will continue to age well. Dageneau ... a legend ... in everything the estate makes

  Bue sur 2 jours, cette bouteille n'a pas le même profil que la dernière bue. Elle me semble dans une phase ingrate. Les notes fruités du jeune Sauvignon se sont atténuées, laissant place aux caractéristiques variétales de verdure, sur un fond d'amertume. Pas encore les notes tertiaires typique du cépage. À attendre.

  Semble avoir évolué favorablement par rapport aux CR d'il y a 3 ans. Aujourd'hui, on est sur les fruits mûrs, des notes quasi mieilleuses, et une acidité presqu'effacée. Tellement digeste et passe-partout qu'on se demande, à l'aveugle, si le cépage n'est pas autre. Une belle bouteille qui me semble à point.
