Pale straw in colour. Lovely nose with floral and dried apricot notes. A massive initial burst of flavour on the palate, with lime syrup and acid nicely in balance. Only slight criticism is that initial and mid-palate is so big that it fades - in strictly relative terms - on the back.

Off-dry Riesling with a nice äly balancing acidity. This is probably as close as you can get in AUS/NZ to a Germanic style off-dry Riesling that has enough acidity to remain balanced. It is a quite sweet in the beginning before acidity kcks in. Still fresh st this stage, so has more lives fe in it, but I doubt that you‘d get a better drink by was ting longer. We had it with white asparagus and loved it. Good option for spicy Asian dishes if you don‘t mind some sweetness.

Almost clear in the glass. A nose of citrus and hints of ripe mandarin when left in the glass. Light bodied, upfront sweetness that is balanced by the acidity with flavours of limes, mandarins. Long finish. I think this wine may need a little more acidity upfront, but otherwise a very good wine for a summer day.

Highly aromatic, off-dry riesling. Lime attack; dried mango with a floral edge. Sweetness yet to integrate. Too young?

The Real Wine Fair 2012 (London): Lime and sherbert. Off-dry palate with honey, citrus and a hint of marmalade. Ok, a bit cloying. 16/20.
