Sweeter than my preferred drier style of Riesling, but this performs nicely. A blast of fizzy peach and lime sherbet, with touches of ginger, on the nose. A fair amount of sweetness on the palate, with good balancing acidity and emerging notes of tangerine. Peters out a bit on the finish.

Made in a more Germanic Kabinett to Spatlesse style, it won’t be to everyone’s taste. Slightly sweet, it’s got limes and sherbet but good acidity. Drink with Spicy Thai.

More floral than the dry Riesling. Jasmine, elderflower, lemon, lemon rind. More acid and citrus on the finish.
