Light greenish yellow color. Aromas of limes, grapefruit, saline and white flowers. Ripe, medium-bodied fruit in the mouth with excellent depth and balance. Very juicy and long on the palate. This delicious wine was a closeout steal from Wine Exchange at $10.80 a bottle!

Pretty lean and mean. Lots of acid, slightly sour. Better on the third night than the first, but don't think this will ever have the fruit to pull itself together.

This was my first Clare Valley Riesling and I must say I was not impressed. It may have been that it was compared with some really good German stuff, but this did not have the goods. The nose is very citrus with lemon, lime zest, fresh tennis balls, and a touch of petrol. The palate is fairly thin, highly acidic, and slightly metallic. The finish is not good. Unimpressed.

Petrol and grease. Fruit was forgotten in this wine. If this is good New World Riesling, then I will leave it behind.
