Nice leathery nose. Deep inky color. Initially tasted acidic and old (bandaids) but matured nicely with nice unctuous fruit and still seems to have heavy tannin, but with a touch of age still showing. I would drink soon although some indication of still being young.

Very smooth w/ good balance. Peppers and dark fruit on the nose. Dark plums and blackberries on the palate. Opened for about 30 mins, and drank over the next hour with friends. Still in its drinking window, but not sure if it would improve much more with age. Last of my bottles from this vintage.

Powerful nose of graphite, pepper, blackberries and currant. Bordeaux in style, with a good balance between fruit, oak and tannins.
