Clear golden yellow. The nose indicates a nice maturity. Lots of yellow, ripe stone fruit, also yellow spice aromas. On the palate a corresponding aroma; medium Riesling acidity; medium to full body; overall well balanced, but for a Pechstein GG somewhat below the high expectations, does not show the expected depth and complexity.

Gyllen farge. Smak av tropisk frukt og lagringsaromaer. God konsentrasjon og lengde. Balanserende syre, ikke slapp som enkelte 2007. Ingen sjenerende petroleum. Fullt utviklet, men fin å drikke nå. Tror ikke den vil tjene på mange års videre lagring.

German wine tasting (Martins office): Light yellow color. Exotic nose with pineapple and white pear fruit and a mineral backdrop. Fairly robust on the palate with exotic fruits, pineapples, peaches and pears, expanding first at first but it then pulled together by the tight acidity leaving room for a mineral driven finish. The acidity is tart, and maybe lacking a bit of freshness.
