  • Lifted, dark berry nose that's slightly nostril singeing. Perhaps a bit reduced. Light to medium bodied with medium+ acidity. Tart black- and raspberry fruit, some earthy notes and prominent acidity that makes this a bit shrill, especially on the short finish. This did gain some weight and interest with time in the glass.

  • - Crimsom color with medium forming legs and aromas of raspberry and has flavours of violet - I decided to open this on a Tuesday evening to serve along with salmon. The fruit favors came forward immediately. The wine had a bold start but a short finish. All in all, an excellent bottle that surprised me from the start.
