  • Robe cerise légèrement brunâtre;
    Beau bouquet, expressif, sur un beau mélange de petits fruits foncés sauvages, d'épices & un légère touche de réglisse noire. Petite note de verdure en arrière plan que je trouve agréable. Ensemble pure & élégant.
    Bouche en ligne avec le nez, principalement sur un fruité encore fringant. Bonne ampleur à partir du milieu de bouche, final longue & supporté par une acidité rafraîchissante. Amertume agréable en fin de bouche. Final fort agréable sur les épices, l'ensemble est hamronieux, il y a cette impression où tou commence à se fondre. Splendide.

  • Was better upon release at the domaine than it was with some age. Nice village wine from a favorite producer, best to consume young.

  • Subtle on the nose. Initially flavours of confected fruit - think stewed blackcurrant and strawberry. But in time settles, if kept long enough and crucially cool enough ( 16 degrees centigrade max) to an attractive, even seductive minerality. More chalk than clay in these grapes. No expansive palate tingling length as is the gift of its more illustrative family, but as good a Village example as one can possibly find.

  • Robe limpide avec de légers reflets brun;
    Nez particulier au départ, difficile d'identifier des arômes. Semble légèrement déviant... L'aération replace les choses, le céleri s'estompe & laisse plus de place aux fruits des champs, des notes terreuses, un léger boisé & des épices prennent plus de place. Trame végétale perceptible. Élégant (une fois le céleri en arrière plan).
    La bouche est assez timide au départ, voir mince. Le temps lui fait grand bien. Un fruité (fraise & framboise foncé) prends plus d'ampleur. Belle tensio & énergie, du début à la fin. Finale légèrement astringente, sur les épices brunes (girofles & muscades). Vin en 2 temps.

  • Super good, complex pinot noir, nose with hints of cassis, dry flowers, a litlle dicrete at the opening, showed a lot more in the end. Mouth was not that long, but enough, it made us salivate, light fruit, a little strange but pleasant, like amber and tabacco, cassis showing too. This is our furst Lambrays, very promising for the clos des lambrays...
