over two days the light elegance of this chardonnay was easy to drink;not oaky which is how I like it

For an AOC white Burgundy I expected a bit. Sharp and mineraly, but nothing great. Low good.
I agree there is a funk to it. Quite a bit really. Not to my liking, although there is good miinerality. (80.5). Better with food?
Italian Glass Tasting with Max from Vintage (Cafe Bionda - Chicago): A little bit of funk, slate and mild yellow fruit. Balanced moderate light finish showing little oak.
Limestone driven, 50% tank, 50% barell. This is all grown fruit. Crisp minerality. Lively. Very mineral, fresh, crisp, fruity.
