  Honey, peaches, orange, lemon and white pepper on the nose. Nice semi sweet palate with grapefruit, peaches and lemon with a nice dry finish. Went very well with roasted monkfish.

  Burnt marshmellow on the nose along with apple and pear with a squeeze of lemon. The palate is very minerally/stony. Big burst of acid on the finish. Very lively and powerful. Pale yellow, almost clear with a hint of green. My only complaint is that the fruit is a little muted.
