  No formal notes on this one. 4 hr slow-ox. Other wines that night- 10- l'aventure estate cuvee, 10- Larkmead, 10-staglin with Braised beef. The response on this wine from friends ITB were- "WOW, what is that? This las madres syrah actually paired best with our meal. Of course when I mentioned price, they were extremely interested. Kudos to Mike and Leah!
