  Give this a little time to open up. It’s got flavor of cherry and strawberry with some nice rounded well integrated tannins. The finish is long. It’s pretty delicious just give it at least an hour to open up.

  Very pretty color, a translucent blend of maroon and inky purple, I left this in the decanter for about two hours. Nose is very complex with some strawberry, blackberry, and toast notes. Very good even mouthfeel, the more I have, the more phenomenal it gets. Dark fruits abound, but not overpowering, perfectly balanced. Light cool mouthfeel, but a pleasant long dry finish. If you still have some, I say, drink it now, not sure how much longer it will last.

  Well-balanced wine and really impressed with it. I found this better than the 1999 Cos I had just finished.
  
  Bold, juicy flavors of black cerry and dark fruit. Hints of spice and pepper. Tannins need a little time to integrate. I would wait 2-3 years for this and it should turn out outstanding. For a 2011, this is a definite success.
  
  I'm glad I have 4 bottles remaining.
