(Golan Heights Winery Pinot Noir Yarden) Light medium red color with clear meniscus; tart cherry, sous bois, tart strawberry nose; mature, tart strawberry, beet root, mineral palate; medium finish (poured blind and I guessed Pinot, but was thinking most likely a Spatburgunder--Israel didn't immediately come to mind for Pinot)
