  青柠、酸梨、燧石，香气并不复杂，但能呈现出次第展开的状态。非常高酸矿物的霞多丽，但相比同水准的Chablis要略微多一些馥郁柔美——在醒酒3小时以后。但是这款酒对我来说，最难忘的永远是那种像中国南方入冬后的湿气一样往人骨头缝里钻的、充满“侵略性”的酸度……

  I wonder whether this is starting to tighten up. Still bright, mineral and zippy, searing in fact, but no sense of underlying depth and complexity or the slight sense of richness at the back that kept previous bottles in balance. Currently this is taking no prisoners. Similar story on day two. ***1/2

  A little reduction on first pour. Then reveals lemon, peach and talc. The palate is harmonious and carries a fine thread of acid which keeps the flavours in check. Stone fruits and citrus are obvious. As it warms, it shows more complexity - pebble, chalk, lime. It's a lovely drink and has cellaring potential.

  Pale. Fresh nose, very mineral and lime-rich. Lots of grippy extract. Fresh and long with an underlying richness and depth. Really good, elegant, classy stuff. ****

  Pale green and straw. Citrus and lemon very refined on the palate almost delicate but then deepens on the back of the mouth. This is a good wine that will happily cellar for a good while yet.
