This is a 100% Trempanillo. Deep crimson, slight off. Had a briefief wine tasting. Blackberries & stewed. Full body red with soft long tannin. Pretty oaked. Beginning to like a Rioja.

Opaque ruby color. Intense and developed nose showing clear blackberry, oak, cream and spices, sandalwood, dry, medium+ acidity! full body, high- levels of soft but grippy tannins, high alcohol, intense flavours of blackberry, oak, spice, raspberry, cream. Good length, showing complexity but will still develop. Overall excellent. A bi pg fruity wine, but in a dryer style than new world wines. The alcohol comes through a bit, leaving this just be,wo elegant. Will drink this again.

I quite enjoyed this Rioja. Nothing very special, but a decent Rioja. Nice on the nose and taste is good with some acidity.

As a stand alone a bit disappointing but with a steak with chantarelles quit good, peppery velvet.
