  Liquid red velvet. Mature. Structured. Complex. Deep burgandy color. Rich, yet subtle nose. You can tell the winemaker who made Insignia was involved here... This was more than ready for the great filet we paired it with. Definitely a special occasion bottle. I wish we had a case of this stuff...
