Still drinking so damn good! Always so much bang for the buck.
Aromas showcase notes of baked apple and pear, lemon peel, fresh cut flowers, chalk, salted butterscotch, farm butter, vanilla bean, baking spices, French oak and crème brûlée. The palate shows juicy acidity and a creamy mouthfeel with fleshy textures. Flavors of pear, lemon, white peach and apple come with warming baking spices of clove and nutmeg, butterscotch, farm butter, flowers, vanilla, chalk and oak that come with notes of toasted marshmallow and crème brûlée. Lingering through the finish.

Twisted and poured (screwcap). This wine is just starting to come into its own. Absolutely singing. Expressive floral and savory nose. Crisp acidity. Citrus and vanilla on the palate. This stands head and shoulders above other Washington chardonnay.

Screw cap Nose very much dominated by oak notes of vanilla nutmeg and cloves. There is a crispness to it though Palate has ripe fruit, vanilla, and crisp acidity. Decent finish. Would buy again

Aromas of pear, salted butter and white fig are enhanced by notes of vanilla, new french oak, and a light seasoning of clove and nutmeg. The palate is round with moderate-plus acidity. Flavors of pear, baked apple, fig, melted butter, and vanilla are framed with the strong presence of oak. the finish has intensity and length lingering on clove on the back palate.
For those looking for this style this is a rare find out of Washington State.

Nose still dominated by oak. Palate is decently complex.
