Plummy aromas with some fruity sweetness (plum jam). Full bodied with nice structure for a developed Shiraz. Has developed nicely despite the screw cork. A positive surprise!

A fair dinkum bargain from CD - $24 for a 10yr old! This looks pretty good and historically 10yrs makes sense for CT shiraz. A touch mellow but plenty of character. Some liquored cassis, acid linings, bright red fruits. Not at all weighty; might be a product of vintage? Almost unique.

Deep red with violet rim. Generous nose of blackberries, vanilla and pepper. Soft, savoury and pure, thick blackberry palate. Fruit driven. Slight roast in finish. Only lacks a bit of freshness. Ok lenght. Save up to five years.

Nose shows an initial whiff of oak, then concentrated notes of berry, pepper, and bay leaf. Light-bodied palate: tannin provides bitterness, but not much structure. Strong flavours of blackberry, charcoal, and peppercorn.
