  Yves's Memorial; 11/10/2018-11/11/2018 (MO): RD was a big fan. Perfectly balanced mouse, acidity, with a bit of roundness on the palate. Really good.

  Brief note.
  Always enjoyable and flavorful, packed with white grape flavors. Frothy with nice acidity.

  From 75cl. Not a lot has changed this since my TN of 24.07.2006. Perhaps a bit leaner, perhaps more acid zing, certainly a heck of a lot of pent-up lemon energy. Today we thought this more like a dream Alsace crémant than a top-level Cava. Completely untypical Champagne, of course, which if you dislike the Grandes Marques NV sugarwaters as much as I do is a Very Good Thing. 89P
