Okay, while I hate to post two notes in quick succession, will just add that my second 375 was perfect. The bottle a couple of weeks ago showed hints of oxidation, but this was absolutely stunning. These came off the shelf of a closing grocery store with less than ideal temperature control to say the least. Well stored bottles should be excellent.

Purchased two halves at a local store, where they have undoubtedly sat out, in the light, subjected to relatively wild and suboptimal temperatures swings. So I was skeptical. However, this is actually still very good. Color and nose were correct and perfect. There was maybe a hint of butterscotch in that first taste, but I can almost always smell the slightest bit of oxidation so I really tried to puzzle it out for this wine. After the initial sip I didn't notice it again. Maybe it was confirmation bias or something. In any case, this still has very high acidity with a light and correct palate. Pleasantly surprised.

no notes, this was nice and simple, a very good QPR for its price ($25), but unfortunately tiff and I have been spoiled by jadot demoiselles, lafon meursault charmes, leflaive pucelles and combettes, etc etc... how fortunate we have been (and we are def'ly thankful)

Terrific value. Everything I want in a Chablis: acids, sea spray, rocks, lemon, some minerals, great mouthfeel. Hard to go wrong with this at a $20 price.

Leesy nose of citrus, peach. Creamy palate, notes of citrus, white peach, blossom, apple, pear, lees. Pretty good commune level Chablis.
