No formal note. showing more doughy notes alongside citrus and oyster shell. Decent depth and good length tangy citrus and mineral finish. Improved as it warmed up slightly.

Pale lemon, green tints. Medium intense nose dominated by minerals and oyster shell, some development with citrus and acacia hints. Dry with medium +/crisp acidity this medium bodied wine has medium + intense flavours of citrus and acacia on the mid-palate with doughy hints emerging before an attractive, medium + length tangy citrus and taut, oyster shell, minerally finish. Very good Chablis, pure, taut, unadorned. Perfect with crab starter, drinking well now and over next 2 years.

Fine chablis for the price- full of ripe green fruit with a brisk clean finish- matched the fresh gulf oysters perfectly. it is a very pale almost colorless wine but the fruit and mineral are well balanced.

Water-white, almost colourless some lemon/green tints. Medium intense clean, refreshing nose with citrus, wet stones and perhaps a whiff of melon. Crisp palate with ripe tangy citrus and minerals, oysters with lemon juice. Good concentration and a long finish with lovely crackling acidity. Classic, unadorned Chablis, really good for this level, drinking well now will not fall apart over next 2 years.

Semplice ma piacevole, solo una nota forse un po' troppo mielosa al naso.
