Paired with lavender roasted chicken. Crazy golden color with just a hint of green. Wine doesn't look like it was cold stabilized as there were tartaric acid crystals at the bottom of the glass. Nose of fresh baked bread and pistachios. Mouthfeel had somewhat of an oily quality with a crisp acidic backend. Couldn't put my finger on the flavors coming through. Would purchase again.
