A tremendous bottle. This is less about the fruit and more about the secondary flavors. The nose is quite floral and the palate is quite spicy. There is some red fruit in both, but it is quite in the background. Well balanced with crisp acidity and a long finish. Delightful.

Pretty if somewhat subdued. Red berry fruit, tea, forest, some light mineral flavors, a bit of smoke on the nose. Well balanced and long. Seemed to be holding back.

Wow. This bottle was fantastic! The nose is quite strong (red fruit, smoke, christmas) and absolutely beautiful - intoxicating in fact. It tastes good too! More of the same, with some black pepper too and the red fruit tending towards something that reminds me of raspberries (which strikes me as a little unusual). The finish is quite long.
I liked the bottle I had in April but the notes from that make me think I didn't like it nearly as much as I like this bottle. This was really quite outstanding!

A very nice bottle. Lots of earth and spice, red berry fruit, nice acidity but it makes it a little sharper than smooth.
