Community Tasting Notes (35) Avg Score: 93.7 points

  • Method: tasted at the domaine (in the cellar)

    Nose: olive tapenade, bacon, game

Palate: cherry, ripe blackberry, olive, bacon, candied violet; finish of herbs and violets; dry; medium body; medium+ round tannin; medium+ acidity

Overall thoughts: Whoa! What an excellent nose on this! Currently showing a really nice intersection of ripe darker fruit and savory notes. Great structure. Already showing very well right now, but this should keep on improving with age for quite some time. Excellent wine!

  • (CDV)
    94/95?

  • Very very nice nose of animal, roasted meat, cepes de Bordeaux… Taste is perfectly balanced with ripe tannins, nice evolved fruit and starting on the tertiary animal flavours, great wine and ready to drink!

  • Beautiful and rustic bouquet with ripe dark berries, metal and mineral impressions. On the palate blood and minerals, bell pepper, juicy acidity, beautiful tannin and some pleasant bitterness. There is some development, but the wine is still in its early youthful stage. 93 for now, but it could well be that in 2033 the score is 2 points higher.
