Reviewing 2009 Barolo (2nd Event) (Mario's House - Madrid): From over fifty years old vines and in spite of their aristocratic origin, instead of finesse, freshness or silky texture, it offers concentration, fruit in compote, wood. Maybe on another occasion, thank you.

Well here is a perfume – more flowery than fruity, so different from the rest of the Revello set. Maybe just a touch of raisinated fruit on the nose, earthy, tar notes, just hints of it. More open on the mid, with some tannins resolving on the finish.
