  (tasted blind) Pours a medium cloudy, bright cherry red. The nose is lifted and powerful of soapy florals, red cherry, strawberry, gravel, brine, cigarette smoke, and a slightly green edge. The palate is light and elegant, yet packed with red fruit and florals. Quite obviously new world, we couldn't pinpoint where this was from. Quite tastefully done with obvious complexity.

  A bit green, clear influence from whole cluster, but a good wine in the fruit and acidity camp. I thoroughly enjoy this.

  Rootstock 2014: Cloudy coloured. Stem, red licorice, and light spice. Nice elegance to the palate the fruit starts to show just a touch of richness over the mid palate and finish. Well balanced I think.
