Unique wine. Ditto the light orange/rose color. Slightly muted papaya/honey aromas. The palate shows papaya, prickly pear fruit, stone fruit and a bit of minerals. Complex but light flavors, yet noticeable acidity, minerals and light tannins. One of the better structured whites I've had in a while but like many pinot gris the flavors are not bold. Nice to try but agree overpriced for a 2/3 bottle. Enjoyable now, it should drink well for a few more years given its structure.

agree with previous reviewer. Dull rose color. Slightly fruity start (seems sweet), dry and tart. finish adds some spices and tannins while the fruit/sweetness disappers. very interesting and but too expensive at $40.

Rose color, nose of honey. Sweetness turns to sharpness with the taste, with tannin overtones and spices at the end. Taste is very dry and almost sour. But it retains pinot gri qualities and is excellent for a summer afternoon.

This is a rosé and not a white. Medium-full-bodied. Needs more acid. 12.10% ABV.
