  I was expecting this to be something of a bruiser, but it was really quite elegant and nuanced. Drinking nicely now.

  Cherry cola, chocolate covered cherries, black berries, cranberry. Some strawberries. Acid medium plus. An enjoyable wine. Probably peaking.

  Well rounded, dense but smooth as silk, plenty of fruit left in the tank but can’t see any sense is waiting and offering cellar time.

  Don't know what happened here, I love Booker but this was super fruity and disjointed in profile and character. I assumed 9 years would be an ok time to wait for this blend. Should I have waited longer or was this an off bottle? Don't know, it was my only one.
