Last bottle. Still holding up well given the age. It won't last forever, but right now it is drinking very well. There is a level of brightness and life - it survived a night in the fridge for day 2 consumption. Quality (and a screwcap) will always win out.

Penetrating peach, spice, lemon, and grapefruit on the nose, with a flinty/smoky note and some gentle nougat oak.
Mid-weighted on the palate, with rolling waves of flavour, though to a long, cashew-driven finish. Tight and structured, though not an overly lean style. There’s almost a sweetness to the fruit profile that is particularly appealing.
Opinion: Enjoyable chardonnay. Looking good on day 3.

A nice balance between the fruit, peach and nectarine, and bright acidity. The oak is present but never dominates. It is definitely holding its own. Yum
A good chardonnay. The fruit is really nice with peach, lemon and grapefruit. There is really good oak here, which adds a structural element to the backbone. The only question mark is over the acidity which at this point is a little sharp. I feel that in 2 years this will be a great wine - just right now it's a little short of that.

Acid is still high and to my mind complex but a little green. would not try again until 2018-2020.
