Appearance: Bright and clear, the wine is of light lemon-green colour, with wide watery rims and legs. Nose: Clean, with medium (+) intensity aromas of citrus fruit of lime, green fruit of gooseberry, tropical fruit of kiwi, tropical fruit of mango, floral notes of honeysuckle, herbaceous notes of turmeric, sweet spice of ginger, mineral notes of stony. The wine is developing. Palate: Dry with medium (+) acidity, the wine has medium alcohol, medium (-) body, with medium intensity (+) flavours of citrus fruit of lime, green fruit of gooseberry, mineral notes of stony, sweet spice of ginger, herbaceous notes of straw. The wine has a medium finish. Conclusion: Very good quality Bordeaux blanc with an intense nose showing good complexity, with the aromas allowing quite an easy pick-out from the Sauvignon Blanc elements, but still relatively young on development characters. On the palate the wine has good structure, balanced and good in concentration, with an equally nice length on the finish. It is ready to drink now but can benefit from further ageing of another 3-5 years.

most of my bottles were oxidized - irredeemably so but for some strange reason the last previous one was minimally oxidized and relatively nice so I pulled this with trepedation ready to pour down the drain but no... This was only slightly golden but none of the oxidation on the nose Palate was all grapefruity zest of sauvingon blanc - almost too much but great with food

oxidized. I feel this is a flaw more than just natural aging but my last bottle also was oxidized. It is drinkable and there are varietal characteristics but I am not looking for sherry notes in a wine like this. I accept wines age, but generally quality whites can last 10 years. I have had white Bordeaux last a lot longer that this and one of this caliber should

Wine had a brown gold hue, nose of cardboard, corked? Starting to go, but drinkable. Rich mouthfeel, crisp acid, lots of grapefruit flavors. Long finish.

the cork seemed saturated and porous
the wine showed a llight golden hue and a wiff of oxidation
either pasts its prime or a cork issue
