Had at a spectacular WINEBID.com tasting event. Total of 39 wines tasted with an unbelievable lineup ! Bravo to Sterling Roig.
Wow did this hit hard. In the lineup tonight the wine was stark and blunt. It followed a ch. la mission haut brion Blanc 14' and a few other "big" whites. So that said we liked it. Yes it was completely different than the preceding wines but it also showed rich berry and viscous syrup. I thought it was great, simply great ! More mineral driven but lots of back end lemon rind, papaya, and melon, and pineapple, and then a faint amount of cedar wood.

2 hour slow ox in a bottle. Ready to drink. Good length, complexity and minerality.

Stunning. Textbook white Burgundy with some age to it. Kept improving with air.

Nice, but still tight and needs patience.

Weird bottle. Nose smelled fine. But this was advanced. Flat apple juice finish. Not drinkable
