I found this recently in my local wine shop and thought it worth a try. I was not disappointed. Quite a ripe, evolved nose; the palate has dark fruit flavours, a somewhat sturdy character, some farmyard notes and an overall rustic quality. Reasonable depth for a bourgogne rouge. Certainly an interesting wine and still drinking well, but unlikely to last long.

reserved nose that took a few hours to show its violet floral character, but still fleeting. Pleasant and unremarkable palate, slightly vegetal and stemm, with some earthy floral flavors too.
