  Family Holidays; 7/28/2023-9/10/2023 (Alicante - España): Served by the glass. Monovarietal of Meunier. From a very good vintage, this bottle shows a bit tired but still fully enjoyable on the palate as reflection champagne. Excellent texture tuned by time, a weak bubble, still fresh, of an almost imperceptible alcoholic volume (12%) and a decent length. Aromatically predominate tertiary notes of leather, dairy or wax. Also some aroma of spices and low bush. One of my contributions to the tasting that without being extraordinary is saved by being a survivor to its time.
  
  Servido por copas. Monovarietal de Meunier. De una muy buena añada, está botella se muestra un tanto vetusta pero todavía plenamente disfrutable en boca como champán de reflexión. Excelente textura afinada por el tiempo, una débil burbuja, todavía fresco, de un volumen alcohólico prácticamente imperceptible (12%) y una decente longitud. Aromáticamente predominan las notas terciarias de cuero, lácteos o cera. También algún aroma a especias y a monte bajo. Una de mis contribuciones a la cata que sin ser extraordinaria se salva por ser una superviviente a su época.

  Champagne: Funghi ovuli, pesche sciroppate, soffusa sensazione salmastra cotta, fiori appassiti, zafferano, mandorla, marsala, torba. Un naso anziano ma loquace, espressionista. Bocca attacco onesta di frutta matura poi crolla improvvisamente al centro bocca lasciando ben poco da dire.
