  Had a bottle of this last year with Osso Buco and decided to repeat the experience -- the wine has gotten even better! nose is complex with tar and leather, tanins are still there but have softened to create a velvety texture. Stood up well to the acidity in the suace and brought out the complexity of the veal shank. I have one more bottle and will do the same meal again in a year or two.
