Pop'n'pour through a filter. No sediment and very fine looking with good clarity and very pretty overall. Soft and luscious on the palate with bright red fruit and a nice pepperyness on the clean finish. It would go great with food and should be drunk sooner than later.

Pop and pour. In the glass, medium-dark opaque ruby red. On the nose, raspberries, fresh cut wood, and a touch of acidity that blew off almost immediately. On the palate, more raspberries, port, and a hint of cinnamon, with a smooth, long finish - this wine is not a dessert wine by any stretch, but it worked quite well with both grilled filet and a chocolate tart.

Pop and pour. Still drinking well with barnyard nose and silky palate that leans more toward the 18% Syrah than the mostly Grenache at this point with dark fruit and a little herbs. Drink up.

Pop and pour. This evolved beautifully in the bottle, starting with a tight, dark core of fruit, herbs and minerals, then becoming velvety, then silky. An introspective Sanguis but beautiful. Drink now.
