Nose is fullish with citrus-y blood orange, childrens' chewable aspirin and violets in the background. Initial palate is solid - big, but not overindulgent, with good, clean full-bodied fruit coupled with pumpkin pie spices. The middle palate gets a little chalky and stemmy. The back palate leans more toward the midpalate than the inital palate. The finish is a little clunky and monolithic. All-in-all a decent bottle.

Heavier than most Pinots but a lovely finish

Earthy but not the barnyard flavor as I have experienced with other years.

Really impressed with stunning aromatics of dried flowers and cherries. Drinking in its prime, and far exceeding expectations.
