Margaret River Tasting (Bistro Cocotte, Haberfield): A little struck match, peach, slight toast, grapefruit...Medium plus intensity acidity, a little grapefruit backed by lime, stoen fruit here but muted. Quite linear. Slight alcohol warmth is non-intrusive. Good.

Drinking beautifully. What stands out for me is the balance between the fruit and acidity. It remains fresh and bright. Still has room to evolve and improve.

Private Dining by TableAt7. Screw-cap. BYO bottle. Appeaeance is clear, pale intensity, yellow lemon colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of nutty oak, salty saline minerality, green citrus lime, green apple. Developed. On the palate, dry, rounded medium+ acidity, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of creamy salty butter oak, green citrus lime, green apple, grapefruit. Medium finish. Very good quality. Nice restrained cool fruit. Oak has overtaken the fruit now though, and will probably outlast it. Time to drink up and enjoy.

Beautiful. Vanilla, creamy, lemon curd. Acid is vibrant but wine has started to mellow and develop. Right in the slot.
