Ready to go. Color shows some age. Mature in a great way with dark fruits, some earthiness, just enough backbone and a nice finish. No reason to wait and if this was an old world wine it would be much better known.

I don't have a lot of experience withe PGC, but, if it wasn't so confusing with so many vineyards, and then different blocks within the same vineyard, I would own more of these. This was beautifully balanced with only 12.5% alcohol showing red fruit, sous bois, and good acidity. Close your eyes, and you are in Burgundy.

Again, popped and poured and similar in color to both of the previous wines.
The nose here is more open than the Durant Madrone, with red fruits. Very nice and open on the palate - I think this is my favorite of the three wines, with a lengthy finish that I am still tasting as I type this. Good acidity - I like this a lot.

It has been 2 years since my last bottle and this one is equally as delicious. Plums, minerality, high acid, and a long finish. Just superb.
