Much improved from a year ago, this is currently showing pleasant aromas of baked apple & marzipan. The palate has notes of baked apple, baking spice, marzipan and a touch of lemon on the finish, along with light acidity & moderate minerality. Coming from a 375ml bottle with a synthetic closure I'd say drink now but if you have a larger bottle with a traditional cork it probably has a few promising years ahead of it.

Either defective or terrible. No Chablis character. Nearly undrinkable. Petrol.

Generous but with good cut and mineral finish. One of the better 2009s. No fat, classic profile. A beauty.
