  • Opened up for an hour,

Appearance: pale ruby, with legs and petillance.

On nose : medium+ intensity, red fruit : cherry, black fruit: blackberries, pine woodiness, Sichuan pepper corn spiciness, subtle of tobacco, after an hour later, it got a bit wet soil and some leafiness and chalky aroma, the wine is developing.

On palate : medium intensity flavour, medium body, med alcohol(13% abv). A sweet red fruitiness on front palate, high acidity but a bit simple on mid-palate in terms of flavour complexity, medium and soft tannin follow through, some bitterness and savoury with medium finishing only.

This wine is a bit young right now. Aroma is much better than on palate. It still got potential to got 93 pts but it is not well integrated at this moment. High acidity indicate that it can be waited for 5 more years. Cheers!
