  PnP. Continued to develop depth with air in the glass. Incredible depth and concentration. Underappreciated vintage. Good acidity, full fruit and a nice finish. WOTF.

  I loved this wine's weightless elegance and purity tonight! Classic example of Chassagne-Montrachet. This village has really made strides and can be an excellent source and ying yang to Puligny Montrachet. Maybe the most ethereal and pretty wine of the night. Thanks Dave D! This producer was completely off my radar, till tonight!

  Lamy Caillat is one of the best producers in Chassagne Montrachet, a micro-producer with 1 hectare of Chardonnay vines (mostly Premier Cru and one village plot).
  Tasted blind - Clean reductive style, fresh linear white fruits with expansive minerals, orchard fruits, buttery minerals and mild glaze of oak spices. Brilliant winemaking style, could potentially be a ‘village outperformance’ from a top producer? Incredibly mineral intense as the wine warms up. Meursault? 2015? (90/100)
