This continues to be a wonderful CdR - a 2011 still drinking well and arguably improving in 2020 puts it closer to CdP drinking recommendations. Unfortunately it’s the last one so I’ll move onto a later vintage !

Color: medium garnet red, cherry edges Nose: soft red fruits, cherry, Palatte: cedar, leather, anise, eucalyptus, black pepper Mouthfeel: relatively light, short finish, typical of the style
Paired with house-smoked ribs (in a Green Egg)

Sub $15 CdR from WTSO. Would buy again. Paired well with roasted chicken. Enjoyed more on day 2 as Grenache flavor was more prominent.
